Bringing a lighthearted air wherever it's planted, Honorine Jobert is a bubbly beauty with so much to offer! This compact and vigorous bloomer parades large, 5-petalled, cup-shaped white blossoms with fluffy yellow seedheads from late summer to early fall. The stunning single flowers are held upright on 36 to 48" tall stems above mounds of divided, grape-like, dark green foliage.

Named the 2016 Perennial Plant of the Year by the Perennial Plant Association, Honorine Jobert is hardy down to zone 4 and offers a remarkably long bloom season. Deer and rabbits can't be bothered with the cheerful flowers, but butterflies will undoubtedly stop by to visit. Plant en masse near the back of the border for spectacular fall color, and don't forget to snip a few for gorgeous arrangements!

I 💘 them/deer 💘 to eat them

I have grown anemones for ... Decades. Honorine Jobery continues to be my favorite. It is spectacular and Gorgeous. They will spread but their late season late August until a few frosts turn them brown. I allow the spread. BUT if you have deer spray them starting in July and especially when the flower stalks appear. They can take full sun to a ton of shade but may need occassional staking the more shady it gets - they are worth it.
