This is my second year trying ranunculuses in my garden. I really liked my last years petticoat ranunculuses( from different site) so I planted Elegant Salmon, Hanoi, Fragolino, Pon Pon Hermione, Chiaro ( 1 out go 5 made it ), Renor ( 1 out of 3 made it ), and Rio this year. I mean things can happen and if one bulb out of 10 fails that is some what understandable, but 4 out 5 failed, and some of these Italian bulbs are like 3 bulbs for$24.
So I called and started this lengthy process with out knowing it was going to be this way. I called and I was promised to receive replacement, never came, called back, never got through of the automative responses, called back after couple days left msg on the automative service and emailed the company; finally after almost 3 month I heard back promptly to receive replacement package. When I finally got through, they were helpful, and I would probably keep making order in the future, but in those 3 month of waiting to hear back ( also not knowing if I am ever going to get through ) from them was definitely not a pleasant experience.
When I researched little bit about eastogrowbulb.com before I made the very first order, I read on the reviews that some other folks also had problem of not able to reach them. So I know I am not the only one feeling this way about their service.

These Italian ranunculuses that are started to bloom are absolutely gorgeous, I would highly recommend their bulbs, but the service could improve.
