Looking ahead

I ordered these bulbs for spring and summer bloom (seasons are a little confusing here). The bulbs were good size and even though I planted them in ongoing drought conditions, I have every confidence that they will become the centerpiece of my lily garden. Planting in a drought didn't seem to affect the plants I planted last summer, although I did keep them well-watered in 100 degree Fahrenheit weather.
