When you're looking to add vibrant shades of purple to your garden, Persian Berry is a fabulous choice. This reblooming beauty flaunts fantastic form with good branching and performs best in areas with plenty of sunlight.

Persian Berry dazzles from late spring to early summer with bright purple petals, which are intensified by a few brushes of red near the center and bright orange beards. These upright showy blooms are ideal along mixed borders, in mass plantings, or as long-lasting cut flowers. Enjoy!

All Iris from Easy to Grow Bulbs get their start at our multi-generational family farm in California. Harsh sun and low water in the fields create extremely tough growing conditions, which produce hardy, drought-tolerant plants.

Healthy rhizomes

Rhizomes arrived healthy and in a timely manner. They were growing small new roots when I put them in the ground. Obviously too soon to say how they bloom, but I expect good results! The bloom is more dependent on location and care anyways - as long as they sent me the right variety, I'm happy with them.

Just beautiful and carefree

I bought six of these several years ago and two bloomed that spring. Every year more have bloomed, and since last year all are blooming and have rebloomed later in the season. They are just gorgeous! I just ordered nine more. I do nothing but water these and they perform beautifully!

Bloomed quickly!

I planted it in September last year and it has a bloom stalk already this spring! Bloomed true to the picture on the site.

Thank you for your review! Persian Berry is a lovely Iris!

Picture Perfect

There is nothing more disappointing that waiting months for your order to bloom, only to discover that you were sent the wrong bulbs. I'm happy to report that Persian Berry is every bit the exact color as we see in the photo. Mine was a bit shorter than expected, but I planted it in filtered light, so I expected as much. It's growing now and should be stunning by the time it blooms next year. Can't wait to see it bloom again.

Explosive grower

Planted this mid-2020 and by late fall it was better established than a number of other irises that I planted at about the same time. Very vigorous and is expanding rapidly.

These rhizomes also arrived very dried out.
