Veltheimia

Veltheimia are a hard to find flowering bulb from South Africa that is truly a treasure. Just 2 to 3 species exist, the pink, and the much more rare white and yellow.  Tufts of densely held tubular flowers are wildly attractive to hummingbirds, and are held above wide, wavy foliage. Veltheimia grow in winter, and bloom happily indoors!
